Proudly reimagining a familiar palette
Challenge
Limited-edition releases for global brands often depend on static visual treatments — labels, prints, or surface graphics — that do not fundamentally change how the product behaves or is perceived in space.
For a concept rooted in diversity and inclusion, a purely graphic solution risks appearing symbolic rather than experiential. The challenge was to translate the values associated with the LGBT Pride flag into a physical interaction — something that could be seen, felt, and discovered through the bottle itself.

Solution
The design draws from the six-color rainbow of the LGBT Pride flag, translating it into a system of semi-transparent triangular forms applied to the bottle. These geometric elements are not simply overlaid; they interact optically through layering and transparency.
As light passes through the bottle, the colored triangles overlap and blend, producing shifting combinations of hues depending on the viewer’s angle. This creates a dynamic visual experience where no single perspective is identical.
The intersecting colors act as a metaphor: individual elements retain their identity, yet generate something new when combined. The bottle becomes a visual representation of connection — illustrating how diversity creates richness through interaction.
Outcome
The final design moves beyond static decoration by introducing an optical behavior that evolves with movement and light. The bottle’s appearance is not fixed; it changes based on perspective, encouraging engagement and exploration.
By embedding the concept into the visual and material properties of the object, the design communicates inclusivity in a way that is both immediate and experiential, aligning the product with the values it represents.
